I have several years of professional experience as a nutritional counselor and I have been a keynote speaker at schools, lectures, conferences, and corporations across Italy (my homeland) and some other countries in Europe.
Together with my husband, I left “the big apple” behind for a new life in the country – where we grow organic food. Here I have more time to cook and enjoy the food.
I love cooking! It really relaxes me and inspires me. As an Italian, I like Italian cooking and most of the recipes that you can find here are based on the Italian cuisine and culture. AND as a nutritionist, I like a well-balanced diet – my favorite diet is the Mediterranean Diet.

I like to experiment with different textures and tastes, tingling from the Italian cuisine to create my own personal recipes. Though, I try to remain faithful to the authentic traditions, ingredients, and flavors.
My food philosophy is to consume seasonal, whole foods and maintain good portion control. When you prepare your own meals, you know you can feel great about what is going into your body.
A well-balanced diet, homemade food, good sleep, and exercise are key for happy life. And the pleasure of good food, wine and company are what makes life beautiful!
